At Financial Foundations of Virginia, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Returns are accepted only for defective products. We do not accept returns for reasons other than defects (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection).

   • The defect must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. How to Initiate a Return

   • Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

3. Resolution Options

   • If your return is approved, we will offer either:

     • A replacement (if stock is available), or

     • A full refund to the original payment method.

   • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by Financial Foundations of Virginia.

4. Additional Terms

   • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

   • We reserve the right to deny a return request if the defect is determined to be caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
